We take pride in the quality and production of our chocolate art and normally take two or three days to complete an order. Please allow up to three days for our Chocolate High Heel Shoes. For large orders, please contact us for an estimated delivery date.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any order will only be accepted two days prior to the scheduled shipping date not including weekends.


Shipping And Packaging Information

Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. We take great pride in our chocolate art creations and want to make sure they arrive at your door quickly and in good condition. We trust United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver our chocolate art quickly and safely to your destination.


We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver our chocolates. Shipping charges are calculated by UPS upon checkout and are calculated based on the weight of the product ordered and the destination address.

Warm Weather Shipping Policy

We cannot control the temperature of our products during shipping so it is at your own risk to have our chocolate art shipped during warm weather. In order to ensure our chocolates arrive to you in perfect condition during warm weather, we insulate the packaging with thermal wrap and ice packs. A $10 surcharge will be added during warm weather to cover the costs of the additional packaging. Additionally, if the weather is above 70 degrees Fahrenheit / 21 degrees Celsius or warmer please select ‘NEXT DAY AIR’ during checkout

Because of the fragile nature of some of our chocolate art like the Chocolate High Heel Shoes, damage may occur during shipping but will not affect the quality or taste of our product. We do not cover any damage to our product occurring during shipping that is the fault of UPS. WOW Chocolates cannot be held responsible for any heat damage to products or packaging occurring during shipping.

We recommend you ship to a location where you know someone will be available to receive the package. We strongly encourage you to follow this instruction during times of extreme summer heat and cold winter weather. Our products can melt in the heat and can crack/freeze during cold winter weather if left outside.

Where the package is left is at the discretion of UPS. If no one will be available to receive the package, consider shipping to a neighbor or nearby business where you know someone will be available to receive the package.

If UPS does not ship to your location, please contact us to arrange for an alternate delivery service. If you choose to ship to that location anyway and it does not arrive, WOW Chocolates will not refund or replace the order.

Signature Release

UPS has permission to leave packages without a signature when no one is available to sign for it. This prevents longer transit times due to multiple delivery attempts to an address if the recipient is not available.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. However, if you are certain you are shipping to a UPS Store, we can ship to a Post Mail Box (PMB) address.

International Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping to locations inside the United States. Look for International Shipping soon!


Refunds And Replacement

At WOW Chocolates, we love to share our chocolate art with our customers. What you think about our products matters to us. If you have received a product and are not entirely satisfied, we want to hear from you and we will strive to make it right. There are no refunds or returns. We cannot be responsible for damage to product and/or packing during transit.



Your purchase will automatically be billed to the payment method of your choice upon checkout. We use secure servers to ensure your information is safe and secure. The prices payable for products that you order are displayed on our website. Prices may vary during promotions and are subject to change at our sole discretion.



WOW Chocolates will not give out any of your personal information including your billing address, phone number or email.
